Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by All in the Family Driving School (“the School,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or using our services, you (“the Student,” “Client,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

All in the Family Driving School provides professional driving instruction, road test preparation, and related educational services in accordance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Services may vary based on availability, student eligibility, and instructional requirements.

Students must meet all legal requirements to receive driving instruction, including possession of a valid learner’s permit or license when required by law. For minors, enrollment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Lesson scheduling is subject to instructor and vehicle availability. Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for each session. Failure to comply with scheduling policies may result in forfeiture of lesson time or fees.

The School accepts cash payments, checks, and wired payments. Payment is required as agreed upon prior to the start of services unless otherwise stated in writing. All fees are subject to change with notice. Returned checks or failed payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service or package purchased. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Missed lessons without proper notice may be non-refundable.

Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor guidance at all times. Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of a lesson without refund. The School prioritizes safety for students, instructors, and the public.

All in the Family Driving School reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at its sole and personal discretion, to the extent permitted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, concerns related to safety, non-compliance with policies, inappropriate conduct, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

While reasonable care is taken to provide safe and professional instruction, driving involves inherent risks. The School is not responsible for outcomes resulting from student actions, third-party behavior, or circumstances beyond our control, except as required by law.

Instructional vehicles must be used solely for authorized lessons under instructor supervision. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial responsibility for the student or guardian, where permitted by law.

Personal information collected during enrollment and instruction is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The School reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting or distribution. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the School operates.
